Interpretation:
Blonde hair... check
Blue eyes... check
Age... The problem in this image is the age appearance. Even though I didn't say it in the brief, the reference picture assumably depicts a figure around his 20s. This however, depicts a 14 year-old of Larke, which I rather like, but does not follow the criteria.
As for the outfit, it is a creative design. Colours match well, just enough to emphasize the golden hair and the blue eyes.
The rapier needs more work I think...

The drawing is nice, though it feels rushed. Well I credit you for being first to enter.
The piece of typography I feel could be better in terms of size. It could be bigger so it is more readable. After all, this is a piece for devID...
